Automated Equipment

We offer a range of different automated equipment when it comes to large orders that can accomplish your silk screen printing needs.  These machines are UV and Flame Treatment capable.  Daily Production Rates range from 16k to 21k per day.

Semi-Automatic

Our selection of semi-automated equipment provides the option to print on Flat surfaces or Cylindrical objects. Daily Production Rates can yield a range of 5k to 10k per day.  These machines can be run in multiples to maximize production numbers.

Flame Treatment

Flame treating requires parts to be run through a series of flames to reverse the electromagnetic charge of the material.  This allows us to better adhere to the surface of the substrate.
